Giving automotives of Sam's Club 1 star only because we have to at least give one star!! My niece had a blowout on the side of the road we went to ask if we could buy 2 new tires Carlos the man in the automotive department told us they were too busy to see if they had any tires for her car for us to buy for us to go online and order tires and they would be there in 2 to 3 days HELLO we just told him she had a blow out and was parked on the side of the highway oh he did say maybe you can call roadside assistance REALLY !!! Worst customer service ever!! Have an event at 4 and ran off and forgot the beloved Sam’s Card. 🙄 Went in anyways thinking well surely someone will help me. I have multiple forms of ID with my name and company name. Nope! She seemed annoyed that i even walked up to the counter, interrupted me to say “Can’t help you”. Headed to the new HEB where I should’ve gone in the first place!

Today I say no. Met most rude employee of this Sam’s Club today. Robert our in the gas station. One young man asked for assistance Robert never says a word. I asked about no paper in the printer, no response from Robert. I stood there wondering. I asked did I need to go to the assistance building to get a receipt, by then my authorization cancelled and still no response. This morning while shopping my nephew had a Febrile seizure. The manager, Thomas, was quick to help as well as several other ladies in the area. One sweet lady even went and got him 2 bags of frozen strawberries to cool him off some while we waited for EMS. One other lady went and got him something to put under his head. I am personally thankful for each of you who helped us. We had to walk away from a basket of groceries and they kindly put them in the walk in cooler so we could come back for them. I went through self checkout and the lady over that area was hoovering over me and asked me if I scanned this item and that item. I asked her several times to please not stand over me and she continued, I then asked her if she would like to scan my items for me and she said no no you can. I then called to speak to a manager after I returned to our place of business and was on hold for 17 min. no one ever answered. Even though associates say they have numerous quantities of the item in stock, no one in the store can seem to find the inventory. This has happened on multiple occasions in the last couple of months. Recently, I placed an order for 1 item at 9 pm to be picked up at 1 pm the next day. At 1:45 pm the next day, I got a message saying my order had been cancelled. I called the store and the employees I spoke with where either clueless or unapologetic and rude.
