I had 15 items in my basket (as proof on my receipt). I went towards self checkout as always, and an employee forced me to go to a regular lane. Upon quick look, there were numerous customers with more items in their basket than mine and they were allowed to do self checkout. When asked why I could not, an older lady employee said "you just have some bulk items you have to take out and it'll be easier in a regular lane." horrible i bought a rack of lamb for 30.26 gave the cashier a 50 dollar bill.. she gave me 11.75 back.. i called the club...spoke with a "so called manager" named Brandon, who hung up on me and said there was nothing he could do about it!

Horrible customer service
Don’t ever call Sams. They won’t answer the phone even though the aren’t busy and can hear the phone ringing. I’ve bern a witness of them ignore the phone ringing
best way to get in and out of Sam's club is to download the app on your phone and use the Scan & go. as I put merchandise in my shopping cart I scan it with my phone and by the time I make my rounds through the store and start heading up front I swipe to pay for everything and bypass all the long lines
For shopping, it is good, getting gas while in a hurry, not really. The pumps go very slow.
I spent over a hour designing a birthday cake for my boyfriend’s 45th birthday, a pretty important event. On the day of the event, my daughter had a rodeo so my mom went to pick up the cake for the party that evening. NO CAKE. NO ORDER FORM. NOTHING. I will be by to address this in person with management. You RUINED the entire event. How do you celebrate someone’s 45th with NO CAKE. EPIC FAIL, Sam’s Club and you will be hearing from me about it.
