The instant messaging/app procedure for the pharmacy used to be fairly seamless and accessible. However, in recent months it has ceased to provide adequate information on refills, etc. thus necessitating direct phone calls and more visits. We’re changing to CVS for now until this apparently corporate issue is resolved.
Love my pharmacy and the staff is great!
