I called Sam's Club Pharmacy about an OTC medication . Received a live person quickly. She was quite polite and courteous. She advised that the medication was in stock and provided price. Pick up later that day. Will return.
I have never met a more friendly group of people working in a pharmacy. The techs and pharmacists have the best customer service attitude. We've transferred all our scripts to Sam's and also get our dog's scripts filled there. A bonus is having the Plus membership we get some extra $$ of prices.
