I purchased my glasses here 3 years ago, and everything was great. I recently broke them, and while they were unable to help me due to my insurance changing, they were sympathetic and supportive, especially Kim.
I recently visited the optical department for a new pair of glasses and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The eye doctor conducted a thorough and precise eye examination, explaining everything clearly and ensuring my prescription was perfect. Went in and got an exam. Wondered why it was so much but they reassured me. A few days later still wondered and called back- they overcharged me $100 in an exam I did not get. Told me to come in, so I did. Waited 45 min and was told I had to come back. Ordered contacts through them and went back in for my refund. Never did they tell me to pay for the contacts the 2 times I went for my REFUND. Went back in and got my refund and a day later they call me and tell me I have to pay for my contacts in 1 day or my benefits expire. ... read more
Helpful, friendly staff! Dr was thorough and efficient. Not much of a wait and was done with exam pretty quick. Longest part was picking out new frames!
We have been going there for several years due to convenience but without fail, they enter something wrong and what is normally a 15 minute eye appointment takes and hour plus. Unless you have an hour of shopping to do while you wait I’d strongly recommend anyplace else.
