Terrible experience, with the exception of the very nice young man in electronics. When there were multiple issues with self checkout , the manager on duty (3pm on Saturday Sept 25) was incredibly rude. We finally just abandoned our cart and left with nothing.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Lines of 10 or more people, soda machines empty, no pizza, empty shelves. No idea why I shop here. I will make the drive to Sams Club on South Parkway.

I have always loved Sam's club, but today I bought a bag of 6 Hass Avocados and every single one was bad.

Nothing like preordering cupcakes for a special event (12 boxes=360 cupcakes), double-checking on that order 5 days ahead of time to get here and not have the order ready (3 hours after time requested) and be told, "I don't even know if we have that many cupcakes." and "we don't have boxes so you'll be getting plastic domes." No apology, just a, "I didn't get here until noon." It will be interesting to see what I end up with.

Super long waits at customer service and at checkout.....I recently had to leave the store without purchasing my items because of waiting over half an hour to checkout and had to leave to go pick up my child. I am switching to Costco. My friends report a much better customer service experience there.
