Went today ready to buy a television. Two employees that talked to us were not wearing their masks correctly. I politely asked the second person to pull hers up over her nose. Her response? “Why?” Really? Because it doesn’t work if it’s not pulled up over your nose, I said. She proceeds to tell me that she can’t breath that way, she has asthma. Well, I have asthma too, which I tell her. I ask her again to pull it up while she’s talking to me and my husband. She does, but she is obviously put out by it. I would have complaine... read more

This place was terrible. The building was hot and humid. When looking for a tomato sauce I found dead and living Maggots. The management is rude and unprofessional.

Was very disappointed today going into this particular Sams on Holmes Ave. Apparently they don’t require face masks of all their employees or customers. Left without shopping. Will be going strictly to Costco from here on till we have a vaccine for this Covid-19. Thankfully there are some businesses that do care about the health of everyone.

I fell in this store on September 22. No accident report form was filled out, no manager came to check on me. I ended up with a crushed shoulder, broken arm and had to have extensive surgery on the 26th. Fortunately I have insurance because the bills have exceeded $220K and climbing as I still have another 6 weeks or more of rehab. Sam's, you were lucky I had my costs covered or you'd be involved in a lawsuit.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. We’ve spend over 2 hours on the phone trying to see if they have an item. When we call back they just hang up on you and that has happened multiple time. So it’s being done on purpose. Someone needs to loser their job over this. This is ridiculous. The customer service is no better in the store. Pitiful!!!

Having any kind of customer service would be nice. I can never get anyone in photo because no one ever works there on a regular basis. You order online and 4 hours later you don't know if they're ready even thought they commit to 2. Nobody can do anything or find anyone to help. 'Bout done with them
