Credit Card was copied and used to make $1000+ purchase by cashier (inside job). Filed a police report and an investigator is on the case. Here's a tip to the cashier (who I hope reads this): if you're going to "hack" someone, better it not be an Information Security specialist. Sam's Club CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.
Awful customer service. Standing in line to purchase membership for over 30 minutes. If I did not have a groupon I would leave. I had to run all over the store to even find someone to process the voucher. Customer service representatives were all rude and unhelpful. I'll stick with Costco .
Terrible management rude cashiers the list goes on.
Just went back recently and the experience was as good as the first. Professional service, good products. I'd recommend this location to family and friends.
Bought a Samsung Curved 65 inch UHD TV from here, paid for delivery, setup and extended warranty, the guy who delivered was unable to connect to WIFI, told my wife to call Samsung for that, the remote stopped working after four hours. Went to the store they gave a new remote. I was on telephone with Samsung for a few hours as the firmware was not updated on this TV, took me half a day to do that and was able to connect to Internet finally.
