We really enjoy Shopping there. The Manager Ashton was very attentive to our needs. I want to thank him and the Staff for helping us with our situation. Thanks for everything.
I really enjoy having the Plus membership so I can shop when it's not as busy. Usually good deals on meat, vitamins, laundry detergent and I always find a few other items. I have four out of five stars because at peak times, checking out is a nightmare.
I went to Sam's Club today for quick purchase. I was talking to my wife, about the size of the new iPhone. The sales rep hot footed, it over to us, interrupted me to tell me if "we" had any questions he would be happy to answer them. I looked him straight in the eye and told him we didn't have any and he had interrupt our conversation. He continued his preliminary sales talk. Sensing that he would not SHUT UP, I walked away. Dude, never going to make a sale rudely pissing off the customer!
Great if you have lots of room to store large quantities. The seasonal deals are always great. Just make sure you don't wait too long. Once they are gone they are gone. I have been a member for over 20 years and most likely stay with Sam's Club for the rest of my life.
