why are you allowing people with no masks during a pandemic?
I purchased fruit on Saturday 9/5 and its all rotten. I have called to coordinate a resolution and I have been placed on hold and then hung up on several times.
Part of why we liked sam's was the senior hours.I liked that my mom can go shop and get things without being exposed to he younger and less caring generations. The number of shoppers through senior hours is also less. I am not impressed that hours were dialed back and that you all plan to stop entirely on the 10th. Why? and Why would you not inform people of this? does it really hurt you to have designated senior hours?

After going round and round with Lowe’s for over 600 dollars worth of product. I finally cancelled my order and went on the Sam’s website and ordered roughly the same product and after 5 working days I now have everything that I ordered in my possession. Thank you Sam’s. I will be ordering from you from now on.
I love to shop here because you get everything in bulk here, & you don't have to keep going back to get certin items like you do @ Wal-Mart, or H-E-B. No offense to wal-Mart or to H-E-B, but i rather pay 1 price for a bigger selection, & you get more for your 💰 money
toilet paper, paper towels, waters, russet potatoes by the sack
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the store was a mad house. I believe that they could do better about allowing customers to over buy certain necessities such as paper towels, tissue, and Kleenex.
I was not at 6245, I was at a Sams in Florida, however it was still a good shopping experience
