The snack bar lady said it was 830 at 820! She has everything cleaned up ready to walk out so how early does she stop serving? And was very rude to another employee that asked! so I call their phone number and am told all the managers are off duty now!
Waited in line 6 people deep for over 15 min. Only 3 registers open. That is NOT acceptable. Put your floor help on a register.
I have noticed a downward trend in the Clarksville Sam's Club. The merchandise is low quality and often they are completely out of some items. Never enough people to check you out with long lines. I have switched to Aldi s for my fresh vegetables . Sam's has always been one of my favorite places to shop but I'm not happy about the changes that have been made in the company. Maybe it comes from higher up the chain of command, but if it continues, the company will go down quick.
I just had one of the absolute worst shopping experiences of my life. They were poorly staffed. Plus, those who where there were of no help at all. I will not be returning there for anything. I have been a member since 2007. Today was pathetic. I spent an hour and a half in the store. 40 minutes of which, was wasted standing in line for customer service. All of that to be brushed off to 3 different people. Then I left without a single item. Shame on you Sam's Club employees!
It was a mess. Took 45 minutes getting signed up for membership. I almost said heck with it and left
