Absolutely horrible experience with a tablet I purchased from Sam's, I purchased the accidental coverage and it states on my receipt that " Accidental Svc Plan" and they are telling me that they do not cover cracked screens. Sam's was real quick to show me a brochure that states they cover cracked screens, they were quick to charge me for the plan but after I called them they give me every excuse not to cover it. My Sam's plus membership is going to be canceled and so is my Sam's credit card!
