I bought 65" tv on Black Friday from Sams online. I thought it was a great deal. It's now 12/21/18 and still no TV. I was told it was the shipping (Pilot Freight Services) problem that they never picked it up. Pilot said that Sams never gave it to them. After three calls to sams online, they still can't send me the tv besides being told they have plenty of them. They yesterday pilot canceled the order because sams online never sent it to them. The tire department is awful, sold me tires that only lasted 1yr (wont allow for a warranty claim)... i go thru the tire company directly and im informed those tires are not even recommended for my vehicle... great! Wasted 500$ on tires to just have to purchase a new set. We love sams but never again for tires.

I just wish they would stock the items they are going to advertise in their sales AD. I was the 7th person to get in and the items were ALL out of stock. Also, it’s very hard to find an associate to help with questions or getting your item off a top shelf.
I have been purchasing your Aunt Katie's Almond Florentines for the last two years for myself and give-a-ways. Last week all you had were the chocolate dipped cookies, I hate them and so do the others that sampled them. Please get back the regular ones before Thanksgiving as I want to take them to my brother.
