RecommendedI have shopped at Sam’s and loved it for years. I tried the pick up service yesterday only to get home without my whole order. Ryan was very friendly when he delivered the groceries to the car, but he is still in training and made a simple mistake by overlooking a box of items for my order. Cathy Redeemer in the pick up department went above and beyond to fix that problem for me today. I’ve always enjoyed the friendly associates at Sam’s.
Love there quality in products
I checked and double checked around town for almost 2 months and couldn’t beat Sams Prices for Michelin Defender Tires. Almost $200 a set less than closest competitor and More than $300 cheaper than the highest competitor. This makes 2 sets of tires I’ve bought from Sams in 7 weeks. Highly pleased with sales and service there
Garbage customer service. Can’t even navigate the store at 9a because of aisles filled with palates full of product. Please tell me why I still pay for a Business Plus Membership?!
Horrible customer service at the Clarksville, TN location. They literally have 50 members waiting in the cold because they refuse to let people in before 10am on the dot. You’ve lost several elderly customers, as you should. Y’all should be ashamed of how this location has treated it’s members today.

Thank you to the Tire Installation guy who came to my rescue today during the pouring rain to help me load my car with groceries. He seen me struggling and he offered to help even though he got soaked! Thumbs up to him going out of his way when he didn’t have to!
I love this store! They always have what we need and the best prices on my bulk buys!
