WORST EXPERIENCE OVER 8 YEARS OF LOYALTY TO THAT STORE, EVEN THOUGH WE ARE MEMBERS OF COSTCO, BUT WE USED TO LOVE SHOPPING AT SAMS IN DORAL BEFORE THE STORE MANAGER NICK STOPPED US FROM GETTING INSIDE AT 8:31 PM YESTERDAY, BECAUSE THE STORE POLICY IS TO CLOSE DOORS AT 8:30 PM, EVEN AFTER THE FACT I SHOWED HIM MY LIST OF 4 ITEMS TO BUY AND IT WON'T TAKE MORE THAN 5-10 MINUTES, BUT SURPRISINGLY HE DIDN'T LET ME OR MY KIDS GET INSIDE AS SAD AS IT IS, BUT I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I LOVE SAM CLUB ���
I just called the general store number three times (11:57 AM, Thursday) and nobody answers. I had a question about their battery service so I could go there knowing for sure they had what I needed. Oh well...I guess I am going back to the mechanic instead of Sam's. Sam's may have a great price, but the service is just not there. They can't pick up the phone?
