Some of the employees could use a lesson on professionalism. I have a white son (from before I met my African American husband) and 3 female employees who were ringing us up/putting grocery’s in cart at the cash register were talking about us right in front of us at the cash register(I guess they thought they were being quiet). Saying things such as “I hope he (my husband) knows he (my son) isn’t his.” And another employee responds “I couldn’t work up here. I would end up saying something. Completely RUDE and unprofessional.
RecommendedI’ve been business member with Sams Club for.... going on 2 decades and love the convenience of shopping bulk at value pricing. However since Covid-19 happens, your new store arrangement, floor plan and traffic flow is a nightmare and not functional or user friendly. Add some ergonomic thoughtfulness into your corporate planing would be much more appreciated. Sincerely, Pönsî
RecommendedBig shout out to Phil! I did a grocery pick up this morning and not only was he extremely pleasant, he packed all my stuff into the reusable grocery bags I have in the back of my van, he even put my cold stuff in my cooler bag. He went above and beyond and I’m super grateful!
