We are long customers of Sam's club and have never been treated this poorly by any other company! Sam's club sent out a company to our home to deliver and install our TV and have yet to stand by its customer to ensure that we are not been taken advantage of. Nor the company they sent to our home to ensure good work quality and business ethics. Instead, we have had to deal with so many people in a bid to resolve this issue to no avail. After full review and speaking with the member Uzoma Odumah, we were able to determine the installation was completed by a third party not provided by Sam's Club. Sad to say, a Sams' club staff namely "*****" took things in his own hands to upset a customer like me, in which, unbelievably, he scanned 4 items on all four products I had paid for (to check for unpaid items/larceny) by the exit, instead of maximum 3 items per visit based on Sam's Club procedure/system/regulation (according to 2 other staffs I clarified with later). Sams is absolutely horrible and I'm thoroughly disgusted with their lack of negligence on handling my account that was hacked after they renewed my membership. They won't replace the money that was taken from me and I've called 4 times now. I keep getting the same response. Someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours. I've yet to hear anything from anyone after receiving case numbers and everything being documented. Just give me my money back, this is your problem, not mine. I am posting this complaint because at the age of 65 and the gas prices going up and being told one thing and Sam's club does another is not fair and well with me I have been trying to get chicken wings in a pack ,fresh ones and they keep telling me that restaurant owners are coming in and buying them out before the public can get to them and they will not let you put your name on it and I really don't think that's fair and I would appreciate it if somebody could get into quality Control Thanks, Jacksonville Florida

There are too many fraud reviews on our account where the cards are arbitrarily shut down without notification. Then the verification process has gotten way too long. Wasted hrs. Don't use this bank or card.

Sam's Club, Utica MI 48315 #6664 has some incompetent, unfriendly, the most unhelpful staff I've ever seen. They advertised in store and online Orgain Clean protein shakes for $13.97, yet I was charged $23.98 and give $4.00 off. Do the math. When I realized the mistake I returned to Sam's Club to receive a price adjustment however I was sent to look at the price and to retrieve the product number only to be told, It was a different product by the store manager Yvette... The membership system of Sam's club is horrible. This company tries many ways to stop you from cancelling your membership. First, it does not show the option for cancelling online or over the phone. Second, if you are lucky to get connected with a representative, he will try to stop you by refusing give refund. Third, even the representative said he cancelled your membership, he did not. When you call back, the system has no sign of cancelling. You have to call back several time to cancel it. They treat customers as idio... read more

I called to cancel my membership because they withdrew $100.00 from my account for membership fee. They told me I had to drive 50 miles to a store to cancel it or accept a $100.00 walmart card for refund.

We apologize if she was told otherwise initially, but we have a line that can take care of those request over the phone if need be.
