The front end has some good people but the rules such as having to take everything off the flatbed really slows up the lines which don't have enough cashiers to begin with today I waited 35 minutes to to check out just awful
Poor customer service. Only 2 lines open all the time. If you need help with items you can forget it because you can never find a store associate.
I'm visiting from STL and I enjoyed shopping here.
Horrible, Me and my mother was entering the store and noticed there wasn't any electric chair for her, I asked if they had any more the lady said let me check she didn't return after 15 minutes went by, I asked another worker they didn't return, At that point I asked a manager she said if you don't see it at the door we don't have any more available. After all that we went to pick up the cake, the name was spelled wrong, and had the wrong year, . I was done after that
