Each time I have been to this sams club I swear I will never come back. The one thing they do consistently is deliver terrible service.
If they ever speed up check out, I will be a regular patron. I don't do long lines well, and I always go during what should be slow perods
I just received excellent customer service at the service desk from Allison, Tameka and Duane. They were all very efficient, friendly and professional.
Sams in Duluth and probably SAMs in general should learn to treat their delivery drivers with more respect. A horrible delivery experience. Because of this I refuse to spend another dollar at SAMs and will encourage my fellow associates and their families at Southeastern Freight lines to shop elsewhere when your sales person comes to our business soliciting memberships.
Beware!! Check receipt at checkout. Charged for tire installation when employee scanned items to our card while in line for faster checkout.. False charge. Not acceptable. Hope it was honest mistake!
