I love to shop at Sams, low prices and good quality .
Last Wednesday I visited Sam's club in Duluth, GA to buy 2 of $200 gift cards. But I checked the balance of them, 1 of 2 gift cards have No balance.. SHARON T. at the customer service was very nice and helpful. She was really worried about me and told me they can solve my problem. Thank you again, SHARON !!

I really the Sam's club in Duluth workers is so not helpful and bad service
It's is sad that you go though the self check out with 4 things no lines but when I checked out I had to want 10 more minutes till the employee was done teaching someone how to ring up there things before he would count my 4 thing so I can go to the door so they can count my things again here the best part when I called to talk to the club manager was told he was to busy to talk to a club members he is walking around with his boss so I have to tell them with out you and me and our money they wouldn't have a job or a club to ... read more

Found two items my son has wanted, it's his birthday weekend and they were on the back rack with the clearance items. Boxes were smashed, had holes in them and they were the last two available. Took them to the service desk, asked if they could price check, lady scanned and they were still full price. When I questioned if they could be marked down due to the condition, she rolled her eyes and said no, "they is what they is." Walked them back to the clearance rack and left without spending a dime.
