I Was there with a friend. It was clean and well stocked. The cashiers friendly and helpful. The Restroom was tidy as well.

I've been a fan of this store some time EXCEPT the constant membership upgrade solicitations. I bought it once, it was a bust, but you won't leave me alone. I don't appreciate the early auto renewal either. I'm thinking about canceling even though I like the store. I know you'll just auto renew me and keep asking for the upgrade. Tell you what, I'll keep the membership if you give me a free upgrade so they stop asking. What are you paying your associates to be so persistently annoying about this?

This is the worst Sam club I've ever been to and I'm not talking about just in Arizona I am talking about around the United States. Optical place has horrible customer service as well as the cashiers and the cafe. I have never been so disappointed in a Sams club .I am now rethinking renewing our member ship. After today I think we might just go to Costco from now on.
