Very disappointing for those of us who are year around residents and need martcarts. Every year they know the snowbirds come in and often many are handicapped as well and yet they never adjust for increased demand and need for them and us. I’ve literally had to cancel shopping trips there because either they don’t retrieve them from the parking lot although I do try to check as I’m coming in.
