This is my Club and I usually love it! However, today I’m disappointed. My husband bought me a watch for Christmas from their jewelry counter. When I took it today to get sized, they don’t offer that service. That is poor customer service to me. The poor gal who helped me was so shy and uncomfortable, she couldn’t even look me in the eye as she was recommending a jeweler who will size it.
Awesome customer service. We definitely we shop here more often.
They did a great job on my head light restoration
