Cannot believe you can stoop so low as to deny customers the best part of SAMs....the greeter Ron. Shame on you.
Check out tootsierollguy and you will see the out pouring of support that Ron has from our community if SAMs club does not do something about this it deserves to close the doors in Waterloo

I belive her name is Kathy, she works in the photo department, her customer service is amazing! I called on Black Friday worried that my Christmas cards wouldn't look good, they looked pixilated on line. She told me to send the order in and she would check them out before she printed the full 100 that I wanted. She called me later that day to let me know she hadn't gotten to them yet but would call the next day once she did. The next day she called, said they looked good and would print the rest for me. Customer service definitely lacking
The club cafe has great food and great prices stop in for a delicous nathans all beef hot dog combo for 1.82 thats with a drink great deal
I always like coming here and would have given you 5 stars, but the attitude and language of the guy in the wheelchair checking receipts today changed my mind to a 1. he was arguing with a lady in front of me, and the words coming out of his mouth to a GUEST were disrespectful and disgusting. you need better customer service in this store. no one speaks to you and everyone has a scowl. the people giving out samples don't want to be there, its just not a pleasant shopping experience. (pp in the snack bar = A+)
Really love shopping here. Always see . Things you've never seen before
