They let the greeter go... shame on them! He even bought his own treats! Wow... great smile and customer care and they got rid of him... goes back to too much corporate...
I am appalled that the Waterloo, IA store let Ron Morrison go. He made the store. We were always acknowledged by name and with a smile. They probably kept grumpy lady, though.
Just had my last shopping trip here. Best part is it was when Ron was still employed. He brought joy to people. Your general manager could use some of Ron's people skills. I am shocked at the changes this place has had since new management took over. My wife and I have decided to give our money to Costco in iowa city or to Sam's cedar Rapids that general manager will appreciate a nice end of year bonus. I'm sure this is how Sam walton wanted the company ran.
Ron Morrison is the best thing going for your store. Do you realize how rediculous your management is? You have a small window of opportunity to do the right thing. I hope you will reconsider--if you need to get rid of someone, get rid of the crabby lady who checks your receipts. Her growl is now the face of your store! Not impressed!
It is horrible that I read this morning that Ron Morrison is no longer working for you. To not let him plug his wheelchair in is a disgrace. He always had a smile and knew us when we came in. He made our grandchildren smile everytime they came in there. I'm appauled the way you have treated this man.
I have had the pleasure of making a wonderful friend at Sams Club. Sam Morrison is his name. A man with a wonderful smile, a heart felt hand shake or even a hug for my wife. If indeed Sam's Club let him go for these reasons then I'm not sure if this the type of business we need in our community. I know Ron can find good employment elsewhere but I may not have the pleasure of seeing him as much
