Y'all need to get your crap together. I waited 20 minutes at Customer service. 10 minutes in line. And NOW I have to wait 20 minutes until a hotdog is ready? What the check am,i paying $50 A year for then?
I went there this morning and the power was out. Evidently the horrible storm that we are experiencing right now has caused this. I do not recommend this store because I was inconvenienced. It was demoralizing to walk up to the front door and have them tell me that the store was closed because of the outage. I didnt have an umbrellaI'm sure they laughed at me as I walked back to my car. I'm thinking about a law suit
Sam's Club North Charleston, SC Waited over 40 minutes to get a $100 membership, with 25+ people in line one employee decided she wanted to take her entitled lunch! 20 minutes after someone finally decided, after shifting the line around and waiting on people who walked up after, to wait on me! Worst costumer service ever ..... Purchased a vizio 70" TV . And extended warranty ... TV went bad and been getting the run around and passed off to deferent departments for weeks now!!! Poor
