The employees here are beyond RUDE!!!! They move with no sense of urgency
Had an exceptional , superb , customer service experience totally as a result of the efforts of Christine in Member Services ; otherwise would have walked out and not completed my membership due to issues with Groupon. Cannot say thank you enough for all that Christine did to resolve everything and turn this into a very memorable experience !
