Dr. Carrie A. Fales and the entire Sampson Regional Medical Center Emergency Department care team rank among the best of the best. From the admission coordinator and triage nurse to the nurses and staff who carried out the treatment plan, everyone worked exceptionally well together. I went in because I had a 4 wheeling accident a few days prior and flipped off. All of a sudden my ribs started hurting and I couldn't take deep breaths in. My neck and shoulder was also hurting and I couldn't move my head to look side to side.
