I took my 7-year-old son to the ER at Sampson Regional tonight, and they did a great job. From check-in to discharge, everyone was kind and attentive. RN Megan was very nice, and Dr. Mike took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my son. I’m very thankful we came in because he was having an allergic reaction. Thank you to the ER team for taking such good care of him.

I showed up and waited. While I waited, the staff in the bubble were talking loud and laughing while patients waited. They were loudly talking about budget cuts and just joking while we were in pain waiting for care. I called them out on it, loudly, and all they said was, "there's an officer there, so calm down." Clinton Police was there, but my concern was my pain and not their joy. All I said was something along the lines of, "this is a hospital not a comedy club." I left in pain.

With bed side manners like Dr Agnese this hospital with never reach the level of expectation that it should be at. She does not listen to the patients concerns she talk over them; she ask questions but answer them the way she would like for the answers to be. Lastly, the fictions work ups/exams when she never touches your body. I can’t say she is given the other Physicians a bad name cause you can tell they care; but she certainly gives the hospital a POOR REPUTATION & BAD NAME.
