10/10/2025 Went to the ER saw Dr. Deam, what a great provider. Kind, considerate and really concerned for my well being. Dr. Deam went above and beyond He is the gold standard for which many should aspire. While at the ER Mary was my nurse. I can’t say enough good things about her.Everyone was wonderful from check in to lab, physician, and nurse. Thank you team Sampson
If I could leave a negative star I would! Came here from the urgent care because they couldn’t do what my son needed there. We get called to the back almost immediately. They do vitals and sit us in the hallway! We sat there for a good 30 minutes before a doctor came to check on us. She orders some test and blah blah blah. We get the test done within an hour of us being here. After the test we are again sat back in the hallway. I ask were we going to get a room and the answer was “probably not”. Another hour goes by. Me and my uncle have had bad experiences with this hospital. There has been a couple of times we have been seen at this hospital and they have said to my uncle that they don't do MRIs or Ultrasounds and they have also told my uncle that the ER is for emergencies only and they should not be allowed to say dumb things like that to their patients. They don't even have the basic needs that people need like MRIs or Ultrasounds.
The emergency room it's getting to where it's horrible check my daughter three times in a row she has kidney disease and the same doctor, Dr. Curtis told her over and over that she has pneumonia she does not have pneumonia she has kidney disease he was not supposed to write her anything until she gets up with her kidney doctor, took her to Bladen County hospital they found out she had a virus they said they couldn't give her no medicine until she got up with her kidney doctor, there the one's that found out what's wrong with... read more
