Who did the reassessment this year???? It’s ridiculous how the property tax has almost tripled. We don’t live in a gated community but downtown Clinton is paying more than what they are paying in Country Club and gated communities. There hasn’t been any improvements in the community. So why are the taxes increasing like this???? Strange thing is my neighbors home is valued more than mine but her tax bill is cheaper????
