I also had a bad experience when I tried to get riding mower parts. But this time the Old Lady was nice to me but the parts guy was unprofessional, unknowledgeable and slovenly! You would think with all the qualified people looking for a good days work now a days that they would hire people with some know how and customer service experience! I guess when you are the only place in a small (WELFARE) town you can act as unprofessional as you want and still get customers!
If I could choose no stars I would..The old lady that helped me is about as rude as they get..Picayune is a small town you would think they need all the business they could get..Instead she wants to be rude and not EARN peoples business!!
