Is it customary for Gallup, NM to employ the worst in customer service? I do not appreciate the help asking if I saw the, "closed" sign when I inquired if the establishment was open for business. Rude help definitely has changed my mind about this venue. I will never recommend this business again.
Had horrible customer service. Waited at the front for 7-10mins till we were told we could seat ourselves..okay fine. Sit down and waited another 20mins before someone finally comes over to tell us food just stopped serving 5mins ago. Doesn't apologize as we mention we'll go to Applebees instead and she just ran back to the kitchen. Went to Applebees and received 5 star service.

My friends and I recently ate dinner there and found the food to be delicious. We enjoyed the tacos as well as the chip and salsa. The service was quick and pleasant. The only downside was the temperature in the restaurant was quite chilly. We all got cold, so we left earlier than we wanted to.
The service & food was a bomb! Our server kept checking on us and the food we ordered came on time.
Wouldn't recommend 4 30 or more 4 reception food comes out like it supposed to be ���
Never again very bad service they are slow and not on target no more not what it used to be!!
Great food and excellent Kilt Lifter brew on tap. They also have very friendly awesome customer service!
Great place to hang out when we come to play softball in town, love the food and the environment! �
