Warm people, good food and cool and rare sports memorabilia!
Normally I’m very happy with the service here. Tonight it was terrible. I don’t know if it was the servers first night but we had to keep tracking her down and finally I just went to the bar for our own drinks. I also ordered a martini and it was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I sent it back right away. We had a new guest show up and he waited at least 20 minutes to even be served after we found our waitress. VERY BAD SERVICE, DON'T go there, there were 5-6 wait staff standing around doing NOTHING, waited over 20 min for our drinks , our drinks weren't brought together at one time , one was brought out and then the other 5 minute later, at this time we didnt feel like ordering food, if it took them that long to bring our drinks imaging how long it would've taken them to bring out food??!! My suggestion is go to Earls ., BETTER SERVICE and BETTER FOOD,
We went there yesterday. First time being there I thought it would be great, but as we walked in the hosted said we could sit where ever, then we waited for about a good ten minutes, no one came by to get us drinks, so I go up to the bar and asked the bartender that we've been sitting there for about 10 mins no one hasn't come by to take our drinks or a menu...after I sat back down the bartender came by with the menus and after that a waitress shows up which we can't understand her, she spoke to softly and with all the noise... read more
My husband and I enjoy that walk to Sammy C's and meet the local community. Plus the entertainment is always nice. The restaurant is something to see.
No customer service at all. Had to ask for a plate for my salad. Which was dirty twice, with food on it. Hire a new dishwasher. Rude except the bartender. He actually served me my water first. Food was dry and salty. Sorry Sam but it needs some updating.
It's cuuuuute. Hahaha... Im jus there for the drinks. Service is wack� but they show the all the NFL games there�. Sammy my homeboy. Jus need to hire some different customer service.� #NutnButLuv��

Service usually sucks, but Taco Tuesday is worth the drama.
