called in an order, went to pick up, hostess who took my order was rude, wouldn't take my 10% off card which I purchased from the schools. Just was not friendly at all. I usually call in for order but never got that kind of treatment before. ☹😡

Sir, I do not believe there is anyone in town or anywhere for that matter that gives 10% off on a special. In this case, it's Taco Tuesday. Tacos are $1.00 each. They are already discounted. My Staff did a great job serving your table. You just did not agree with the policy. Sorry. Sammy

waited for several mins as servera just stood around at the hoat area. Not even a drink order. As my brother and I left no one never apologized. they all stood there staring and one server was outside texting on her phone. We traveled non stop from Barnwell SC and our lunch break was ruin. Gladly Panz Alegra never disappoints.

Great looking place. We had a very good waitress. Unfortunately the food was sub par. My wife had a hamburger that looked to be pre cooked then over cooked in the micro. I know it’s a sports bar but the hamburgers needn’t be like a hockey puck . I had a patty melt that was only so so . I ordered the pasta salad instead of fries which had no dressing , just dry pasta. I assume they have a extensive beer menu,and would have been nice to know what was on tap. The waitress,although very efficient lacked much knowledge on the sub... read more
