Worst company ever. Tried to get pre approved by them for 4 months. They said they only needed a few documents for a pre approval. Later turned into a laundry list all for a pre approval. Was told many different things by Nick and Chris until we got fed up. It took ONE 30 minute phone call to get pre approved by ****and 45 days later we have moved into a more expensive house than what we were trying to get approved for by Sammamish. Sammamish Mortgage was amazing to work with - I was a first time home buyer and they walked me through every step (and i asked a lot of questions)! Even the title company we used, said that I was lucky and they wished they worked with them for every sale! I would highly recommend!
