Overall we felt Sammamish Mortgage was an excellent choice towards the mortgage as they operated with speed and promptness without comprising on integrity. Worst company ever. Tried to get pre approved by them for 4 months. They said they only needed a few documents for a pre approval. Later turned into a laundry list all for a pre approval. Was told many different things by Nick and Chris until we got fed up. It took ONE 30 minute phone call to get pre approved by ****and 45 days later we have moved into a more expensive house than what we were trying to get approved for by Sammamish.
