We had a very good experience with our refinance with Sammamish Mortgage. We appreciated the transparent disclosure of the Sammamish Mortgage rate alternatives that allowed us to do some preliminary investigation using the website, the subsequent clear further explanation of the details, and the discount on closing costs that were provided. We would plan on working with Sammimish Mortgage in the future on any subsequent refi or new loan, and we would recommend Sammamish Mortgage to friends and family.
The team at Sammamish is honest reliable, very knowledgeable, efficient (easy electronic submittals and review of documents, and they make it very easy to complete the process. They have consistently stayed in touch with me for 15 years sending me local real-estate news and info. They are a good member of the community and they build long relationships.
This was the smoothest finance/refinance I have ever gone through. I loved the ability to upload documents from home and from the internet. I enjoyed working with Stacey and Ryan and would gladly do it again.

I would recommend Sammamish Mortgage if you're looking to purchase a home or refinance. The team at Sammamish Mortgage was very helpful and patient as we learned to navigate how to upload the documents needed and the Docu Sign process to refinance our home.
Due to the fact that the whole process occurred online, Sammamish Mortgage never met me in person and that they just followed a canned procedure (perhaps dictated by their investor-partners), I felt they had very little trust in what I was telling them through-out the process. During normal time our clients are able to handle their transaction online, via email, phone or in person. Obviously with the current pandemic we are not able to allowing in-person meetings unless absolutely necessary. In reviewing the communication on this transaction there were numerous person to person emails and calls.
