Terrific service. I was very impressed. They came to remove old hot water system - a solar hot water tank off roof. It looked very safe and efficient with the use of a crane in the vehicle. Price was good. Not like other plumbers I had phoned who were not confident or were going to struggle to take it down and charge similar or even more. The men who came were very knowledgeable as I asked a few more questions about my roof which they had great ideas on. I found Same day hot water great to deal with and they did a neat install of a panasonic split system heat pump hot water system. I did lots of research and got patient advice from Oliver. He recommended an option which saved me $700 by going with a 10amp plug in system so I didn't need to run wiring to my switchboard and install a dedicated circuit. The hot water is working well and has exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Dan and his team for a neat and professional install, finished in 3 hrs after 2 years of saving up.

iStore 270L heat pump system just installed and the process was like a well oiled machine. Shout out to Elijah S, called the office at 8:30am and he had two plumbers installing a unit at my residence by 11:30am. Really lived up to the name.
