Do not recommend—at least not in Sydney/Central Coast. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. I purchased a hot water tank from them, and the relief valve failed within the first year. It was replaced under warranty, but that replacement didn’t even last another year before failing again. This time, they refused to cover it under warranty and instead quoted over $500 for repairs—almost half the cost of the entire tank, which is less than three years old. The guys did a great job installing the hot water and configuring and incorporating the solar power on the house. Highly recommend using these guys. Good price, professional installation, good after service!

Very impressed with Oliver and the team at SDWS. I wanted to get a second opinion after being quoted almost $700 by Silverwater Plumbing to replace the valve and encouraged to replace the entire tank. I rang Rheem and was referred to this company. Olivier struck me as very honest with integrity. He replaced the valve for half the price as that was all that was required.
