I got an ac from them warranty says same day fix if it goes out. Mine went out at 10 am and they said they can't come until tomorrow. I have 3 kids and they really expect me to open my windows while the Zika virus. F them
Excellent experience! I called on a monday morning at 10:00am and one of the technicians answered right away. He was very friendly and advised me of their estimate visit policy. The visit and estimate is $55 but that is waived if you choose to have them fix it. They said they would arrive before 12 and were at my house at 11:15 Very quick service so far I was very impressed.
