I had a minor surgery here yesterday in the "Short Stay" unit and my entire experience was very pleasant! Every person from the moment I walked in the door, from the Covid checker to the front desk secretaries, to the nurses and surgeon and anesthesiologist, was very friendly and helpful and caring. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience before, during, and after the surgery process. Thank you so much!
I received phenomenal care in the short stay unit. The nurses were very professional and helped relieve some anxiety. They operate like a well oiled machine!

Thank you so much for the review, Laurie! We are so happy to hear you had such a great experience!
Very disappointed with the billing department. I owed 2,000$ to that hospital and I was down to only owing 200$. I couldn’t pay my bill for two months. During that time I would try to call to explain my situation and would get no response. I was able to get through today and asked if i can restart my monthly payments of 50$. I was told I had to pay $100 or I would get sent to collections. I told the lady I don’t have that money right now but i can pay the 50$ and was told “maybe your bill should be sent to collections” It’s ... read more

Samaritan ER is absolutely the worst ER. I have lived in 5 states, had 8 babies, taken my parents multiple times and visited multiple ERs over the past 50 years. Samaritan is by far the worst. I’ve had my father and mother in Moses Lake ER multiple times over the past 8 years and we always had to wait (except once) 4 to 5 hours every time to see a DR. I understand triage because I have worked in the healthcare industry for years. How many times and hours can you push back someone who has kidney disease, heart problems, and n... read more

Waited in the ER with my 89 year old mother for care. 6 hours later they take her in for diagnosis. Despite urine taken at 6:45 for analysis no tests were ordered until 11:52. At 1:30am we are still waiting for information. We should have driven to Spokane.
