Water is good, but customer service is terrible. They won't return phone calls or answer emails until I send several emails. Once they finally do get back to me, they are good at resolving the problems. I just don't have time to do numerous calls and emails.

Service is good, water taste was good.I received a bottle that grew algae naturally which I could not use.From the words of the person who contacted me its natural bacteria. I asked if I could be reimbursed for the 2 remaining bottles that were unused and sealed. The general manager gave me no problems and allowed me reimbursement on the 2 remaining bottles.

This place is one awesome place they have good water! What I mean about good water I mean the best water it come straight from the source! And they deliver it to my door I love my Samantha springs water. Thank you all that work at Samantha springs :)
This was really bad water. Left a ring around our water cooler. What kind of water does that? I was treated horrible by the staff when I cancelled my service. I did some research and the only test I can see online that has ever been done of this water showed some chemical I can't pronounce as being very high. People really should check out their water before buying.
Mark has been incredible to work with, and in answering my many questions as I made my decision whether to use Samantha Springs as my source for bottled water. I love it that it's pure spring water, and that they are a family-owned/operated business. They don't use chlorine in their water, nor do they add fluoride. It tastes fresh and clean! I'm more than pleased with their service thus far. I'm looking forward to working with them as time goes on. Thank you!!!
