Samantha Springs bought out Monticello Water and it’s been nothing but bad ever since. Last year I couldn’t get water delivered and finally when they did I got a bad batch, asked to have it tested and no one ever picked up my sample. Told them to discontinue my service but they still delivered and now I’m still getting a bill from them for water I Didn’t want! Tanya was most unhelpful, uncooperative and uninterested. Worst customer service ever.

Very poor, incompetent customer service. They keep sending me invoices for services they never provided. Never answer phone calls and their retarded answering system will annoy a living light out of you.
Continues to take money from our bank account even though we have not had their water for a couple of months now. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney general's office.
