I have either a corn or a cyst on one toe adjacent to large toe. I was referred to podiatry after a dermatologist could not determine what it was. Dr Newstadt told me she also wasn’t sure what it was, told me to wear a larger shoe on that foot for comfort (for ever?) and said if I wanted it removed I’d have to see a podiatry surgeon since she doesn’t do removal. Hmm.. ok. I normally only review those with excellent service but after several requests from the group for a review; I had to be honest.

They scheduled an appointment for me 3 months out for something that was causing me serious pain. After waiting the long painful 3 months, they cancelled my appointment the day prior because they "no longer treat said issue" So I waited 3 months for nothing, just to continue being in pain. This practice is rude, disgusting, and genuinely pathetic. Best advise: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

By far the most unprofessional office i have been to. My mother who is on air and needs walking assistance went to her appointment which it takes her a bit. When i dropped her off the was rudely greeted with you're late. Which was about 10 min due to traffic and her mobility issues. Instead of being a good doctor and seeing her patient she gets turned away. My mother and other patients are probably just a number to her.
