My comfort level has always been very low at car dealerships. It is not that way at Sam's place.It is a family operation; Sam, his daughter Lindsey and son in law Houston. They all made me feel like I was part of their family. Sam runs his business the same way I tried to run my dental practice; golden rule from start to finish. Great people to do business with! We bought a car from them and had to leave it to get new tint put on the back window. Instead of us having to drive back to Tupelo to get it, they brought it to our house. Now THAT is great customer service. We will definitely buy from them again.
