Sam was fantastic and easy to deal with. He got involved in my case after a few other law firms had made simple mistakes that had left me exposed to some potential aggressive actions from my ex. Sam handled my case with poise and expertise. He shot it to me straight, charged me a fair price and he worked damn hard to get the best outcome for me. This "marital attorney" didn't even understand what attorneys learn in their second year of law school. He made my mortgage payment part of my alimony payment which means I cannot recover thousands of dollars lost in mortgage principle during my PSS. If I could give this attorney a negative "star" in the review I would because he led me into a nighmare of temporary alimony payments that have cost me tens of thousands of dollars. This marital attorney had cost me thousands of dollars and my nightmare is not over. He doesn't know the basics of negotiating alimony agreements and really shouldn't be practicing law. If you do not want to be homeless after your marital settlement stay as far away from this guy as you can.
Mr. Spagnola is a great attorney. Response time to my questions were speedy. I highly recommend his services if your looking for an attorney who will put up a fight on your behalf.
