RecommendedAir conditioner on vehicle was not working. Vehicle was worked on and returned fixed on the same day! Scheduled an oil change and asked about pricing for new tires. Purchased new tires and car feels smoother on the road. Very satisfied.
Had some VERY poor work done on a vehicle at a CDJR dealer in Tuscaloosa AL in March 2020, then the vehicle returned to central IL. Took it to Sam Leman CDJR in Bloomington on May 4 due to ongoing issues, and they re-did the work - no questions asked - at no cost to me. This was not a quick in-and-out job; it required time and attention to detail. That is the type of service one should expect. Have been a customer of this dealer since 1990, and have come to expect quality work from their service dept.
