Just an oil change. But. Friendly check in. Prompt service. Courtesy driver checked to see if I needed a ride. Salesman do no acknowledge anyone in the waiting area. Not a good image for salesman. Joe in service is top shelf. Would return for service needs
I've honestly never had a worse experience with any dealership or service department with the exception of my last visit to Sam Leman. This is the fourth time I have had my vehicle in for service on the brakes. They told me they "finally" figured out what was wrong with them, promised me a date they would have them done, which was the day I was leaving to go out of town, and of course it was not done. They do not allow their loaners to leave the state so they rented me a car from Enterprise that was nowhere near the caliber ... read more
