We worked with Travis, and he was great. They had the exact car that we wanted, and we were able to close a deal the same day I contacted them. Travis even stayed late to make sure our phones were linked and we knew all the features of the vehicle before driving home. He was knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and professional. Drove up to Bloomington fromSt. Louis to purchase a preowned Equinox and although it took some time for the paperwork, we had a great time interacting with several staff members. They were really fun and professional to deal with... loved the ICE cold water, soda and even ice cream.
