They are professional and very efficient. I appreciated Pari's help with medications. At first I thought they weren't very friendly, then I realized they just really care about the health and safety of their clients. It isn't an easy job and is appreciated that they take it very seriously. Thank you.
I really do not like to leave poor reviews, but the employees here (some of them) are very disrespectful. One of the women working here raised her voice to me on the phone. They didn't deliver my prescription correctly and it arrived very late (the following day), meaning I had to go without medicine. They did not even call to communicate the problem, which is the biggest issue. I much prefer MB Pharmacy in Forest Hills.
I have been coming here for years!! I prefer a smaller pharmacy and I love Salzman the customer service I have received here for at least 20Yrs has been impeccable. I won’t go anywhere else
