OUTSTANDING Salvatores has always been our "special event" restaurant. While there are very expensive options for the discriminating diner, there is also a 3-course dinner for $30 which includes some of their top menu items. Everything we have ever ordered has been delicious. The steaks are always extremely tender and perfectly prepared. The servings are a nice size (the lasagna covered the dinner plate). And the bruschetta bread alone is worth the trip!
tacky Not only is Salvatores extremely over priced it is completely tacky. You walk up to the doors and there is a giant ceramic buffalo sitting reading a book. You then go inside and all over the place are weird fake people making goofy faces. The bathrooms are lined with barbie dolls and strange little baby figurines. Special Night Out If you want to feel pampered and special go to Salvatores for dinner and enjoy the Garden Place Hotel afterwards. It's wonderful and we make it a point to enjoy a "package" overnight at least once a year. May be pricey for some, but well worth it and the food and service is by far one of the best.
Buffalo Landmark At It's Best wow have not been in years but will be bringing a meeting with my company here. Salvatore's really has the needs to impress everyone. From the food to there amazing wine list this place is outrageous in a good way. I recommend the pork chop best pork I have ever had!
Better than top notch! Salvatores has great atmosphere and awesome food. Not to mention service with style! I would not agree with anyone who said it's not a kids place. My daughter has gone there since she was 3. Infact, she chose it for her 8th birthday dinner. They went out of there way to make it special like they ALWAYS do. I have so many family memories... Very Good! Salvatores Italian Gardens is an overall good restaurant. The surroundings are beautiful with panted ceiling of the sky. The stars above twinkle while you enjoy your meal. Although I got a bad table where waiters kept bumping behind me, making it alittle uncomfortable. I had to stare at dirty plates that were finished by other people on the tray next to my table, It was quite disturbing. Not a place for filpflops I go to Salvatores with a date because I enjoy getting dressed up for an evening of dining and dancing. While it's not required to wear a dinner jacket I usually wear a vest and long sleeve dress shirt. I like this type of atmosphere and if someone wants to wear flip flops and jeans with holes in them out in the evening they should definately go elsewhere. gaudy large Italian cafe... If you want to see overly done glitz of old cars with loud music then come to Salvatores Italian Gardens. The staff was very accomodating, but the food was fair. However, Idid enjoy dancing to frank sinatra. The chicken parm could have been cooked longer..
Very elegant My cousin had his wedding here and it was very elegant. They have very tasty food but it is not really geared for children. It is however a nice place to go for a romantic evening.
